Report a problem from the app
Signed in? Go to Settings → "Report a problem" or "Suggest an improvement". It sends only your message, the page you were on and the app version.
Common questions
- Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
- A detail was read wrong? Open the item and tap Edit. Fields marked "Please confirm" need your check.
- iPhone photo won't upload? Use "Take a photo" in the app, or set Camera → Formats → "Most Compatible".
- Download your data: Settings → Your data → Export everything.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account.
