Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Custavere collects, why, and the choices you have. Custavere is operated by [OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: legal company name, registered address and country] ("we", "us").

Information you give us

• Account information: your email address, password (stored by our sign-in provider in hashed form, never readable by us), and the name you choose.
• Documents and photos: receipts, warranties, bills and other files or photos you upload or take in the app.
• Extracted information: details read from your documents — for example store, product, prices, dates, reference numbers and names — after you review and save them.
• Reminders you create or accept, and your reminder preferences.
• Saved locations you record in "Where did I put it?".
• Save My Money information: refunds, returns, rebates, subscription charges and amounts you mark as recovered.
• Feedback you send. It includes your message, a category, the page you were on, the app version and the time. It never automatically includes your documents, extracted text or photos.

Information collected automatically

• Counts of AI requests per hour, used to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• Standard technical and security logs kept by our hosting providers (such as IP address, device/browser type and request times).
• Reminder delivery status (for example sent, failed or skipped) when email reminders are available.

How we use information

• To provide the service: store your records, show them to you, search them, and answer your questions about them.
• To read documents with AI and suggest details for you to confirm. Nothing is saved until you save it.
• To send reminders you asked for.
• To keep accounts secure, enforce limits and fix problems.
• To respond to feedback and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your documents for advertising.

AI processing

When you ask Custavere to read a document, or ask a question, the relevant content is sent to an AI model provider through our AI service to produce a result. Answers are based only on your own saved records. Uncertain details are marked "Please confirm" rather than guessed. Storage and security

• Your records are stored with our cloud database provider. Access rules restrict each record to the account that created it.
• Uploaded files are kept in private storage. They are opened through temporary links that expire after a few minutes.
• Information travels between your device and our service over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

Your choices

• Edit or delete any saved item at any time. Deleting an item also deletes its files.
• Export your data as a file from Settings → Your data.
• Email reminders: turn them off in Settings, or with the unsubscribe link in any reminder email.
• Delete your account from Settings. This removes your sign-in, profile, items, files, reminders, locations, Save My Money records and AI usage records.
